Damon Weaver Goes to Washington

Have you heard about Damon Weaver? He's the 10 year old reporter who interviewed Joe Biden during the presidential campaign . . . you know the interview where Biden went on and on and on and poor Damon had to hold the microphone for what seemed like hours. The consummate professional, he never even looked bored. Anyway, Damon has now set his sights higher. He wants to interview the president-elect, Barack Obama. Hes made a YouTube video pleading his case, and has solicited endorsements from his reading teacher and Dwayne Wade of the Miami Heat. The good news is he has received his press credentials for the Inauguration. The bad news is he still doesn't have an interview set up. Come on Rahm Emmanuel - put this boy on the schedule!



UPDATE: Since the video was created, Dwayne Wade has now agreed to take Barack Obama on in some one-on-one if Obama sits down for an interview with Damon Weaver. However, he still won't let the president elect win.
