I Love Mario & Sonic!

A few months ago we got a new Wii game - Mario and Sonic at the Olympics. It fast became a favorite in our house. In fact, my kids are so into it that it has inspired them to try a variety of Olympic track and field events. We go to our local high school track where the kids run the 400, the 100 and the relay (or tagging race as my boys call it). They also enjoy the long jump, and have been disappointed that I do not have a javelin for them to try! I know "they" always say that video games are a leading cause of childhood obesity - but in my house they've definitely been an impetus for increased exercise.
